Hermitage Health and Rehabilitation provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in a 70 bed facility located in the rural community of Elizabethton, Carter County, Tennessee in the gorgeous foothills of the Appalachian range. Elizabethton is in Upper East Tennessee, within 30 minutes of Western North Carolina and Southwest Virginia, an area rich in history with picturesque views.
